Privacy policy

Effective October 2026

Short version: I collect your email and first name so I can send you the free Starter Kit and an occasional newsletter. I don't sell it. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who runs this site

RN Dad Shortcuts (rndadshortcuts.com) is a small, one-person project run by Stephen, a nurse and dad. "I," "me" and "we" on this page mean RN Dad Shortcuts.

What I collect

• Your email address and first name, when you sign up for the Tired Parent AI Starter Kit.
• Basic email data that my email service records automatically, such as when and from where (IP address) you signed up, and whether emails are opened or links clicked.

I don't ask for anything else, and I don't want details about your kids. The site has no ads, no advertising trackers and, for now, no analytics. Like any website, my web host may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and browser type) for security.

How I use it

• To email you the Starter Kit you asked for.
• To send the RN Dad Shortcuts newsletter: new shortcuts, tips, and now and then a product of mine (like a template pack).

Who handles it

Signups and emails are handled by MailerLite, my email service provider. They store your details on my behalf and only use them to provide that service.

What I never do

I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.

Unsubscribing and your data

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. You can also email me to see, correct or delete what I have about you, and I'll take care of it.

Affiliate links

In the future some emails or pages may include affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. When I do, I'll say so clearly next to the link.

Children

This site is for parents and other adults. It isn't directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
